The ideal candidate will have exquisite culinary skills and the ability to prepare non-ethnic cuisines in an innovative manner.

Have knowledge of cooking methods, recipes and presentation.
Have a passion for the culinary arts.
Understand food-preparation equipment.
Have knowledge of menu planning and food costs.
Understand food service operations.
Communicate to non-cooking staff such as managers and servers, regarding orders, cooking methods, recipe changes, etc.
Be creative and work with a team on menu planning.
