Summary:
An Instructor with Future Stars Camps is responsible for leading one of the following activities throughout the camp day:
Art, Fine Arts, Hollywood, Robotics, Science, Sports, and Tennis.
Ideal Candidates Include:
Elementary and High School teachers Teaching Assistants or Aides Experienced childcare professionals Recent college graduates with a passion for working with children Physical Education Teachers, Experienced Coaches
Responsibilities:
Engage campers and deliver fun based curriculum provided by Future Stars Communicate effectively with the group Counselors and Directors Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
Previous experience working with children Strong leadership and decision-making skills Understand and support the mission of the organization Positive attitude Commitment to the growth and development of campers Commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work Excellent judgment along with the ability to identify problems and work quickly to find solutions
Benefits:
Full time summer position with additional pay available for optional AM and PM extended hours.
A staff referral program is available for all employees to earn bonus pay.
