Our client, a prestigious media company in the Philadelphia area is in need of a Document Manager/ Contracts Administrator to work directly with the General Counsel and their legal department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically savvy, organized individual with good administration and project management skills! Legal editing and writing experience strongly desired.
Monitor contract review, execution, renewal/termination process
Manage document management software suite and maintain contract database
Administer multiple MS Access databases
Prepare contract summaries and reports
Edit contracts as needed
Monitor intellectual property licensing and infringements
Manage offsite storage; compliance with document retention policies

Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
1-3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in legal writing/editing
Willingness to take on additional responsibility
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong technical/software skills (experience with MS Access a plus)
Ability to learn new software programs
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's Degree required
Legal experience preferred NOT required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
